BOXING BOOT CAMP
Fitness based Boxing session for all ages and levels working on Focus Pads and Boxing specific fitness drills.
THURSDAY – 7:30-8:30pm @ Bishop Ramsey Sports Hall (£3.50 for members, £7.50 for non-members)
Pure Boxing session consisting of Focus Pad Drills, Footwork, Technique & Technical Sparring (Optional). Participants of this session can join the private Facebook Group ‘Optimum Boxing Club’. The group includes tutorials, tips and videos of the sparring sessions.
SATURDAY – 8:00-8:45am @ Optimum Gym
All round fitness & conditioning session using a variety of different equipment and exercises to hit a full body workout.
